We offer pick up in Christchurch, or post with overnight courier to anywhere in New Zealand.

If you have selected postage, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking once your dress has been sent. Your rental will be delivered to you 1-3 days prior to your event date.

If you have selected pick up from our Christchurch location, you will receive an email with pick up instructions 1-4 days prior to your event date. Collect your dress from our contactless pick up box between the time slots provided.

Wear the dress to your special event and feel your best!

If you are posting the dress back, place it into the pre-paid return post bag that was provided. Hand this over a post office counter before 4pm the following business day after your event.

For Christchurch drop off orders, place your dress into the drop off box before 6pm. Your dress is due to be returned the day after your event.

Please do not clean the dress! We handle this process.
