Do you offer try ons?

Yes! Try ons are currently offered most Thursdays in St Albans, Christchurch. The times are released on our Instagram story every Tuesday afternoon/early evening. Click on the link below for more details:

How do I cancel my order?

Please send us an email or Instagram DM with your order number and/or order details. We will arrange your cancellation through there!

What is the cut off day for orders?

Pick up orders can be made until midday on the day of your event in most circumstances.

If you require postage and your event is on a weekend or a Monday, the recommended cut off time to place an order is 3pm the prior Wednesday. 

 

How much is shipping?

$15 for overnight courier both ways ($7.50 each way). 

 

What will the condition of my dress be upon arrival?

In between rentals, our dresses are carefully hand washed or dry cleaned, preened and steam ironed to ensure your garment arrives to you in the best condition possible! Any faults to the rental will be disclosed in the description of each product.

 

Can I post back a drop off rental / drop back a postal order?

Definitely! Please send us an email or Instagram message to organise the most suitable option to you.

 

When will my rental be shipped/when will it arrive?

Your rental will be posted off as soon as it has been returned and washed after it's previous customer (for weekend events, this is the Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before your event). We aim for your rental to arrive 1-4 days before your event. If it happens that your rental can't be posted on or before the Wednesday prior to your event, you will be contacted!

 

How long can I have the dress for?

All of our rentals aim to arrive/be collected 1-4 days prior to your event date. This means if your event is on a Saturday, please expect your order to be ready to be collected or delivered to you the Thursday/Friday prior. Your return date will be the following Sunday (for local Christchurch pick up/drop off orders), or Monday for postal orders.

What if my dress doesn’t fit?

Unfortunately, we can not offer a compensation if your rental does not fit you as desired. This is a risk you are taking when renting! Please refer to the size guides (where provided) and recommended sizing in the description. If you have any further sizing doubts, please flick us an Instagram message and we are more than happy to send through some more photos of the garment being worn.

You can also book a postal try on or back-up dress to prevent this!

 

Do I have to clean the dress?

No! Please do not wash or dry-clean the dress. Our dresses require extra care and the wrong cleaning practices can ruin the dresses and add extra delays! Please just return the dress as it is, and we will take care of the rest.

 

What if I have lost my return postage bag?

Please get in contact with us as soon as possible to arrange alternative delivery! Normally this requires you to purchase another postage bag with overnight courier. Please know that this charge is on you as the customer, and we are not liable to pay for this.

 

What if my hire period ends on a public holiday?

Please just hand the dress over a post office counter the next working day.

 

Do you rent over the New Year period?

Yes! We generally offer an extended rental period over the Christmas/New Year time frame – more details will be announced closer to the time!
