Do you offer try ons?

Yes! Try ons are currently offered every Tuesday in North Dunedin. The times are released on our Instagram story every Sunday.


Do you offer postal try ons?

Not at the moment sorry!


What is the cut off day for orders?

Pick up orders can be made until the morning of your event in most circumstances.

Postal orders can be made up until 12pm (midday) of the Thursday before your event (providing your event is in the weekend)


How much is shipping?

$15 for overnight courier both ways! ($7.50 each way)


What will the condition of my dress be upon arrival?

In between rentals, our dresses are carefully handwashed or dry cleaned, preened and steam ironed to ensure your garment arrives to you in the best condition possible! Any faults to the rental will be disclosed in the description of each product.


Can I post back a drop off rental / drop back a postal order?

For sure! Please flick us an email or Instagram message to organise the most suitable option to you.


When will my rental be shipped/when will it arrive?

Your rental will be posted off as soon as possible (generally Tuesday or Wednesday). We aim for your rental to arrive 1-4 days before your event.


How long can I have the dress for?

Our standard rental period is just for one night (you post/drop it back the day after you have worn it). If you are wanted an extended rental period, we are very happy to offer this for an extra fee! Please get in contact with us via email or Instagram direct message to arrange an extended rental.


What if my dress doesn’t fit?

Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund if your rental does not fit you as desired. This is a risk you are taking when renting! Please refer to the size guides (where provided) and recommended sizing in the description. If you have any further sizing doubts, please flick us an Instagram message and we are more than happy to send through some more photos of the garment.


Do I have to clean the dress?

No! Please do not wash or dry-clean the dress. Our dresses require extra care and the wrong cleaning practices can ruin the dresses and add extra delays! Please just hand the dress back as it is, and we will take care of the rest.


What if I have lost my return postage bag?

Please get in contact with us as soon as possible to arrange alternative delivery! Normally this requires you to purchase another postage bag with overnight courier. Please know that this charge is on you as the customer, and we are not liable to pay for this.


What if my hire period ends on a public holiday?

Please just hand the dress over a post office counter the next working day!


Do you rent over the New Year period?

Yes! We generally offer an extended rental period over the Christmas/New Year time frame – more details will be announced closer to the time!
